MEETING ROOM AT ZÜRICH MAINSTATION
If you are looking for a meeting room near Zurich main station, you have come to the right place.
We fully comply BAG / Covid-19 Regulations by cleaning, airing, hand sanitizer etc.
If you want to make a reservation, please fill in the form and we will ASAP send you a confirmation. Of course, you can call us Monday to Friday 8 AM to 6 PM (Tel. +41 43 421 95 00) to check the availability of your requested time slot or you can check it online.
The room is only definitively reserved for you with our written confirmation.
During regular OPENING HOURS:
(weekdays between 08.00 a.m. and 06.00 p.m.)
- CHF 40 for the first hour and CHF 25 for each additional hour (billing rate per 30 minutes started CHF 12.50) e.g. for a booking from 08.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m. (2 hours) = CHF 65.00
Flat rates during OPENING HOURS:
- Morning 08.00 - 12.00 CHF 100.-
- Afternoon 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. CHF 120.-
- Whole day 08:00 - 18:00 CHF 200.-
Outside regular OPENING Hours:
(weekdays before 8 a.m. and after 6 p.m.)
- per started hour CHF 50.-
The price includes:
- Preparation of the meeting room
- Reception of guests, use of clip charts, use of Internet (Ethernet - WiFi available)
Plus / if required:
- Catering (hot drinks CHF 3.50.-, mineral water CHF 3.- sparkling and still per bottle)
- LCD Projector CHF 20.-/booking, screen is available.

All prices include VAT and must be paid in cash/credit card/TWINT immediately after use. Since we cannot otherwise book the room during the time you have reserved, we will charge you at least for the reserved period. If you occupy the room for a longer period, which you are welcome to do if the room is free, we will charge you for the time effectively used in 30-minute increments.
The meeting room can be booked from Monday to Friday and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. An extension after 6 p.m. is possible by arrangement, but will be charged at CHF 50.00 for each full hour started and after 6 p.m. After consultation, the room can also be booked outside of the regular opening hours (Saturday / Sunday) for CHF 50.- per started hour.
The room is 6.7m x 3.2m (21m2) and we consider an occupancy of 10 people (9 people with a projector) to be sensible - a maximum of 12 participants (11 people with a projector).
As can be seen in the pictures, the room has a large table that cannot be moved. Inside the room there is a fridge with self-service drinks and a flip chart for use. In the anteroom there is seating for about 3 people, which can also be used, but which does not offer any privacy, as the room is a common room. Toilets are on the mezzanine.
We keep our room free for your reservation and do not accept any further bookings for this time. However, if you have to cancel the appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance and by telephone. After this period has expired and if we cannot rent the meeting room to someone else, we unfortunately have to charge you for the reserved time slot. We thank you for your understanding.
The room is located at Schützengasse, 23, 8001 Zurich.
You will find us 50 meters from Zurich main station, 2 minutes walk, between Löwenstrasse and Bahnhofstrasse. We are on the 4th floor - Humentum AG.
We do not offer parking – but within 50 meters you will find Car Parking Globus and the City Car Parking - Gessneralle or Car Parking Uranida in about 500 meters distance. There is very limited white zone parking spaces in the area. We recommend public transport.
